Community

Good conversations
should lead somewhere.

A place to ask better questions, learn from experience, and meet people with something to contribute. Community is how the separate parts of AvenRise come together.

An empty conference table by a window, set for a meeting that has not begun.

The community table

Small enough to listen. Focused enough to act.

We plan to bring together 20–50 participants every two weeks, in person or online. Each gathering would be organized around a practical question and close with clear next steps.

Proposed cadence and size. No event dates or venues are confirmed.

What a useful gathering includes

  1. A real question

Bring an experience, a challenge, or a decision.

  2. Time to work together

Make space for listening, practice, and honest feedback.

  3. A next step worth following

Leave with an action and a way to reconnect.

Drucker’s questions. Today’s decisions.

We plan conversations with business leaders, scholars, podcast hosts, and practitioners about purpose, customers, people, and responsibility. Each episode should leave listeners with an idea they can put to work.

Guests, hosts, and institutional collaborators are not yet confirmed.
