For employers

A real business need.
A person ready to contribute.

Help shape a pathway around actual work. AvenRise proposes to connect local employers with people whose experience and growing capabilities can meet a clear need.

A bright room with chairs around a small table, ready for conversation.

A partnership with substance

Start with a task, not a technology pitch.

What is difficult to get done? What does good work look like? Which skills, judgment, and relationships does the work require? These questions would shape the learning and matching process.

Explore an employer partnership

Useful ways to take part

  • Describe a genuine role or operational challenge.
  • Co-design a practical, appropriate task.
  • Offer feedback, mentoring, or workplace insight.
  • Consider qualified participants for paid opportunities.

Participation is not an obligation to hire. No employer commitment is implied by this website.

The proposed process

Five steps. Shared responsibility.

  1. Define the need

Identify the role, task, skill requirements, and what success would mean.

  2. Agree on the scope

Set supervision, data access, timing, feedback, and any compensation arrangements.

  3. Prepare and connect

Review participant strengths, support skill development, and suggest relevant introductions.

  4. Review real evidence

Use work samples, conversation, and fair criteria to assess readiness.

  5. Learn from the result

Track fit, progress, and any issues after an introduction or placement.

The platform behind the pathway

Understand both sides. Make a more useful connection.

The proposed platform would organize industry-based profiles, with consent and appropriate access—not a public directory of personal histories.

What a person can contribute

Experience, skills, work contexts, problems solved, and goals for the next chapter. People should be able to review and correct their own information.

What the work requires

A genuine role or business need, relevant tasks, capability requirements, boundaries, and agreed feedback. Do not submit confidential company information at initial inquiry.

Initial matching would be human-guided. Automation should be introduced only where it improves a verified process and keeps people able to understand and challenge suggestions. These systems are not live.

Areas to investigate

Build around local work.

These are candidate areas for employer discovery, not advertised vacancies or finalized training tracks.

Service operations

Scheduling, customer coordination, documentation, and follow-through.

Logistics & business support

Exception handling, operational reporting, and cross-team coordination.

AI-assisted work

Useful workflows that retain human review, clear accountability, and appropriate data protection.

AvenRise is not presented as an outsourcing service, a source of unpaid labor, or a replacement for an employer’s hiring responsibilities.

What problem could we help people prepare to solve?

A specific role, a thoughtful mentor, or a useful project can be the start of a strong partnership.
