Learning & impact
Ask what changed.
Be honest about what did not.
AvenRise’s first task is to test a useful service, not to claim a finished model. We will distinguish plans, activities, and verified outcomes.
A proposed first pilot
Start small. Learn with care.
Design targets only. Enrollment, employer commitments, timing, and funding have not been confirmed.
Participants
One clearly defined participant group.
Employer partners
Real needs and agreed participation.
Career pathway
Focused enough to learn what helps.
What we would measure
Progress in a person’s working life.
| Question | Evidence to collect | What not to confuse it with |
|---|---|---|
| Can the person do a relevant task? | Work samples, before-and-after tasks, mentor or employer feedback. | Attendance alone. |
| Did an opportunity materialize? | Verified interviews and paid roles, reported separately; documented idea tests. | Applications sent or introductions made. |
| Did the progress last? | Retention, actual pay and hours where appropriate, follow-up feedback. | A single short-term activity. |
| Was the support worth its cost? | Full program costs, completion, unsuccessful matches, and cost per verified result. | Website visits and publicity reach. |
The learning cycle
Listen. Test. Follow through.
Before launch
Interview potential participants and employers. Select the audience and pathway. Secure approvals and resources.
During the pilot
Proposed 8–10 weeks of guided learning, practice, and employer engagement.
After completion
Proposed follow-up at 90 and 180 days, with consent, to understand sustained progress.
Results will appear here when there are results to report.
No participant outcomes, testimonials, or impact statistics are claimed on this website. Future stories would require consent and verification.
Evidence, not alarm
Ground the work in local evidence.
We will use public sources to understand employment conditions. AI exposure is not the same as a job loss caused by AI. No regional statistic is presented here as AvenRise’s reachable audience.
