Find your path
You have something to offer.
Let’s find where it fits.
AvenRise’s proposed pathway combines career clarity, practical learning, and human connections. You do not need a polished résumé to begin thinking about your next step.
Find a starting point
What would help right now?
Try this short guide. It uses simple choices, not AI scoring, and does not send or save your information.
A preview of your pathway
Start with what you already bring.
- Name a problem you have helped solve.
- Consider where that experience could be useful.
- Choose one action you can take next.
Choose your stage and support need to tailor this example. This is guidance, not a job offer or eligibility decision.
Practical support
More than a job listing.
Understand your experience
A guided conversation would explore your strengths, responsibilities, working environments, and problems solved. We would use only information relevant to supporting your next step, with your permission.
Learn useful skills, with judgment
Potential workshops would pair workplace tasks with responsible AI use: checking outputs, protecting information, understanding limitations, and knowing when to ask a person. Existing courses and community resources would be used where they fit.
Build and review a relevant work sample
A clearly scoped, non-confidential task could help demonstrate capability. Employer or mentor feedback would focus on the quality of the work and what to improve. Any live work arrangement would require appropriate scope, permissions, supervision, and compensation review.
Connect with people and opportunities
Human-reviewed introductions could connect participants with employers, mentors, training providers, or existing employment services. There is no promise of an interview, placement, or investment.
Stay connected after the first step
Follow-up would help understand what happened, where obstacles remain, and which support was useful. Proposed pilot reporting includes completion and follow-up at 90 and 180 days after the program, where participants consent.
Before you join
Clear expectations. No pressure to commit.
The first pilot is being designed. Dates, eligibility, capacity, accessibility arrangements, and any costs will be published before enrollment opens.
Who is this for?
The broader mission includes recent graduates and experienced professionals navigating change. The first pilot will choose one defined group and one career pathway; that selection is not yet final.
Will it be free?
The intention is to make initial core participant support available at no cost, subject to funding and approval. No fee or eligibility promise is made on this website.
Do I need to know how to use AI?
The intended experience should be approachable for different levels of technical confidence. Specific prerequisites will depend on the selected pathway.
