Trust & transparency

Trust is part of the work.

People should understand who is responsible, what is being offered, and how their information will be treated. These are design commitments to carry into launch.

Who we are

AvenRise within Empower Fund Inc.

AvenRise is a program being developed within Empower Fund Inc., not a separately established foundation, investment fund, or university initiative.

Before public launch, the organization should approve the program description and publish verified organizational information, responsible contacts, and applicable policies. This website makes no claim about an EIN, tax-deductibility, charity registration, or an approved investment structure.

Program status

What is being planned.

Career pathways & platform

In development

Human-guided support and a focused pilot; not a live matching or application service.

Community gatherings

Proposed cadence

20–50 people every two weeks. Dates, locations, and hosts remain to be confirmed.

Leadership conversations

Target: mid-2027

Monthly interviews; guests, hosts, and institutional participation are unconfirmed.

Venture support & capital

Long-term exploration

Idea validation and mentoring first. Any foundation or investment vehicle requires separate assessment.

Privacy & human judgment

Useful support without unnecessary exposure.

What this website does with information

The guide runs locally using preset choices. The inquiry form makes no network submission. There are no analytics, tracking cookies, or persistent local storage. Entries remain only in the current page until cleared or navigated away. External resource links open independent websites with their own policies.

What should be in place before real intake

A reviewed privacy notice, informed consent, clear purposes, minimum necessary fields, role-based access, retention and deletion rules, security arrangements, and a way to correct information or ask questions. These are launch requirements, not a claim that production systems already exist.

How technology should support decisions

The proposed platform should explain suggestions, allow human review and correction, and avoid making opaque eligibility or hiring judgments. It should not expose a public talent database or share profiles without appropriate permission.

Accessibility and language

This website includes responsive layouts, labeled forms, keyboard navigation, visible focus, and reduced-motion support. These design features do not amount to an independent accessibility audit. More testing with real users is planned.

Photographs on this site

The photographs are licensed Unsplash images of places and work settings. They are not pictures of AvenRise programs, participants, or confirmed events. Sources are listed in assets/images/CREDITS.txt.

Money, affiliations & claims

No borrowed credibility. No unsupported promises.

No named adviser, school, employer, or nonprofit shown as a reference is presented as a confirmed partner. Drucker’s ideas are an intellectual influence, not institutional authorization.

No donations or investments are accepted here. Before any fundraising, the organization must confirm the applicable requirements and approved disclosures. Any future investment pathway should be evaluated separately from charitable program support.

No job placement, salary, funding, or research outcome is guaranteed. We will distinguish examples from actual participants and report verified results only.
